I found this tea towel at Target, but really any fun autumn or fall towel will work. All you need now is some Joy iron on letters. I picked out some gold iron on letters to really make this tea towel pop!! Best part is the letters are all machine washable!!!

I am always looking for something handmade to give my kids teacher for Christmas. This year I decided to do a gift in a decorated jar using some Colorique ink to color the lids and the metal wrapped around it.
This gift is super easy and really affordable, check out my video for how to decorate the jar and also make the rosemary bath salts!!
I did not want the lid to have all the labels and be black, so I used the Clearsnap ColorBox ColoriQue by Lisa Marie Jimenez in Moss Landing to cover it up. Wow, did it do a great job!! I also use the same color of Colorique to give each section of the U Paint Metal Crafts metal border a coat. I attached the metal piece to the jar with some glue and twine. It is starting to look a lot like Christmas!!
I made my first batch of Rosemary peppermint bath salts, and let me tell you this is so easy you will never buy it again!! All you need is Epsom salts, baking powder, food coloring, fresh rosemary, and peppermint oils. **Hint: you can make the scent anything you like if you have the oils for it**
Now it is time to decorate the container. I started etching the upcycled glass jars with the Etchall stencil spray and some TCW & Brutus Monroe stencils in stars and ornaments with the Etchall etching creme. They look really cool when it was done!! For full details on how to etch please see the video above.
I then added a little green twine and some fresh rosemary to the top. These are now ready to give to my kids teachers. I love to give homemade items to my kids teachers, the gift I remember as a teacher years ago were the ones that were handmade, it just meant that much more that they took the time to make something for me.

I love to swap Christmas Cards, and this year I am hosting a Christmas Card swap, so I am busy making sets of cards to swap!! There are 50 people in the swap, and that is a ton of card for me to make. Here is the latest set of cards and this time I went for a rustic monotone set of cards.

I love this new stamp set by Waffle Flower. It is called Plaid Play and it allows you to make and type of design and color set of plaid you wish, just change out the order of the strips of stamps and the colors of ink. So many amazing uses for this one stamp!!!
I changed up the cards a bit by changing out the direction of the plaid star, the color of the clothespin, and also if the twine was in a bow or a loop. The little changes create a unique card all to itself, but still keeps them using all the same supplies.
