Snowman Friends - Stamp & Sticker Christmas Cards

I am adding another fun card into the mix for the amazing charity blog hop event for Coffee Oasis (info below).  Today is all about cute little snowmen friend cards.  These cards are all about stickers, stamps, and fun!!

Shaker Star Planner Clips

I have been challenged to create a project using a paper clip that uses up scraps, challenge accepted!!  I pulled out a few fun things from my stash, and a couple new things too (shh don't tell anyone) and began to play.

I started with the based of extra large paper clip sin pink and purple and then paired them these fun star shaped shaker star from Tonic Studios.  The stars are meant for shaker cards, but why not a shaker clip??  Here is a video on how I made these fun shaker clips.

I paired each clip colors with the sequins inside.  The sequins are all left over from previous Love from Lizi kits.  So the background paper, glitter, and clip all match the colors of the sequins inside.

I used a different star die to cut back the shaker star to the sequins and glitter did not fall out.  I held everything together with ScraPerfect glue.  It held everything wonderfully!!

The glitter also comes from ScraPerfect in these cute little vials of assorted colors.  Above is the turquoise color, so pretty!!

You can use thee fun clips for your planners, bullet journals, scrapbook pages, cards, tags, or even as bookmarks!

December Daily Creative Junque Journal

I have had a blast creating my December Daily this past month.  I decided to make it a little different than most, by making it more of a creation daily.  This means I create something daily or something that someone has given me as the month as gone along, from a friend, a swap, or my kids!!  Plus I had to throw a few fun pictures into the mix too!!

I have created a series of video starting with setting up the book, and then adding to the book each week.  Here is the book set up video.

I used supplies from my Canvas Corp Brands Christmas kit (link below) to help start the book, but as I went along lots of other fun stuff went into as well.  My goal was to create a little fun something each day during the month of December adding them to the little paper bag envelopes each day.  Here is the 1st week video.

I loved being able to use some of the amazing creation crafty friends had given me in some of my fun crafty swaps, so I popped them into the book as well.   I also added in some fun notes about what was doing on that day on the back of some cards.

December is just jammed pack with a ton of events, from parties, end of year school events, and getting ready for Christmas.  I had to include some fun little personal events into the book as well.  Here is week 2 video.

Here I did a mix of a family tradition and also a fun new event of my son laying in his first band concert!

I sometimes I gave the entire page, instead of just a little pocket, for that day.  Here is the video for week 3.

It was fun to just create and have fun putting in fun events into the book.  I had no set agenda for what should be in the book, and this gave me a sense of freedom for how it was made.

I loved to put in items my friends made for me.  I do a ton of swaps and to add these items into my book made it even more special to me.  Here is the video for week 4.

I feel so blessed to have so many crafty friends.  Check out the day filled with some of their art!!

I also loved to add in items my kids made for me.  My daughter made a ton to put in my book, plus she loved to look at it and see everything that I added to it.  Here is the video from week 5.

A December daily can be whatever you want it to be  Do not feel like to have to follow a mold or a set formula, make it your own.  Crafting is fun not a chore!!!
