Misted ATC Cards **Remember When Blog Hop**

I got challenge to make something crafty with something that I have had in my stash for over 10 years.  Well I found a couple of things, one is papers, stickers, and brads from one of my first scrapbook kits and also my paper piercer and piercing mat that I have had for 12 years and still use both to this day.  With this fun project I decided to make a set of ATCs (Artist Trading Cards).

Here is a video on how I made this fun set of ATCs.

I started of by misting a paper by Adornit that is made of watercolor paper and was just begging to be misted.  I picked out 3 colors; blue, yellow, and green.  I just misted randomly and have fun with it!  I love the sentiments on this watercolor paper, it is just filled with inspiration and empowerment!

I then used the 10 year old paper and cut it down to size to be the dimensions of an ATC (2.5 x 3.5 inches).  I also added in a layer of sticker trim from a couple of Adornit sticker sheets.  I then stuck down the misted papers to the tops of the cut papers with Supertite glue.

From the ancient kit I found for this blog hop also had some brads and some chipboard stickers.  I added them to the ATCs in random places.  I used the paper piercer and piercing pad (an old mouse pad) to poke the holes into the papers to insert the brads.  Yea for old tools that still rock!!!

  3. I just watched this on YouTube and had to see them up close. I love your work but you already know that. Hehe... Thank you for the inspiration with these. I think that they would be cute to make and put in gift bags or with a card for the kiddos to show them a simple yet fun way to start inspiring them through crafting. Thnx Erin. HUGS!
