Cute Pink Birthday Bear Card

When I got in this stamp set from Brutus Monroe I knew that I had to do a cute card to go with the cute stamps set, and we have a little girls birthday party to go to, so it was like a match made in heaven!

Here is a video on how to make this sweet card.

Using a geometric pattern is a good way to use up some scraps of papers, or left over paper pads to make a fun card.  Here are some up close shots of the card.

Since the card has some many colors, leaving the stamped image white with just a few thing colored in helps the stamp stand out.

"Out of this World" Twinchies - DIY Puffy Stickers

I got an amazing package from Lawn Fawn filled with out of this world stamps and pretty watercolor papers (supplies linked below).  I just loved these little stamps and they were just beckoning me to make them into some sort of embellishment, so I put my thinking cap on and thought why not clay and paint them, and boom with the help of my Xyron Creative Station they turned into DIY Puffy Stickers!!

Now that I had made these fun puffy stickers, I needed to use them on something, so why not a twinchie.  A twinchie is a little card, embellishment, or mini ATC that is a fun way to make something new.  Here is the fun part, you can still use it for other purposes, like a card, tag, mini book, PL page, scrapbook page, and so much more.  Here is a video tutorial on how to make the puffy stickers and the twinchies!

Clay Easter Egg Coloring Kids Craft

March is National Kids Craft Month so why not have some fun with you kids and do a craft!!  Now as much as I craft and love to get messy, my kids are just too young and really I just do not have the patience for "paint" projects with my kids, so I came up with a fun air dry clay craft that the kids can color - clay Easter eggs!!!

I cut the Makin's Clay air dry clay out into an egg share, some I left plain and some I textured before letting them dry.  Then I let the kids lose to color to their hearts content, I even had fun coloring one for myself!   Here is a video tutorial on how to make these fun eggs!

We even left some egg un-colored to pass out to our friends for them to color themselves!!  The kids are all excited to pass them out once they fully dry out.  Here is the eggs my kids made.

Any colored markers would work on these eggs, and if you are wanting to paint, they take paint too!!  So get out the craft for you kids, really it does not take that much time at all!!
