So bright and joyful! Wonderful cards! We have so many traditions from finding the perfect tree, to dated ornaments, to photos with Santa! Can't wait to celebrate this year with the 2 1/2 year old and 7 month old!
ReplyDeleteSuper cute! We buy at least one new ornament or the kids make a new ornament to put up on the tree with all the years past ornaments.
ReplyDeleteSo fun Erin, love the pops of black.
ReplyDeleteSuper fun card for friends. The roughness is really cool. For Christmas I love making my own canapes for boxing evening with our family to eat while we play games.
ReplyDeleteFun cards...great colors!
ReplyDeleteThat's a fancy folding/cut background. I have never tried that before. My story: I like to make star sugar cookies for friends, neighbors, family.

ReplyDeletereally fun fold cards!
ReplyDeleteHow fun! Love the touch of black!
ReplyDeleteYour card is my favourite so far. Really different from everyone else.
ReplyDeleteI always love your pop-up cards!🎄
ReplyDeleteThis is such a creative card; I love it. A favorite holiday tradition is decorating the tree with my family.
ReplyDeleteThese are definitely fun cards!

ReplyDeleteErin, love your card especially learning new techniques and styles. You are sooo talented, creative and inspiring. Always learn something from your tutorials and especially love when I get to see the kids. Favorite holiday memories Midnight Mass, my husband as Santa claus for the last 42 years, and the lights.
The stripes add a lot of drama to this unusual card. Thanks!
ReplyDeletecool, thanks for the video--looks easier after seeing the scoring. Everyone (even mom and dad) get stockings from Santa at our house
ReplyDeleteSuch a bright and cute design. Love it!
ReplyDeleteCute card! Love the fun fold feature.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE how you did the fold and the colors! The JOY looks great
ReplyDeleteSuch fun cards!
ReplyDeleteThis is sure a fun card!!! I love it!! Thanks for the tip on getting the sticker words centered. My favorite Christmas tradition is when the family gathers every year on Christmas Eve.
ReplyDeleteCute card! Have never tried that type of folding card. Christmas for me is filled with so many memories. My favorite memory is being with my Grama and seeing what color her tree was each year … either traditional (multi color w/ silver icicles), or a Chrismon tree with white/gold ornaments (all of which were hand-made). This will be our 2nd Christmas without her. I would give anything to see her tree again (she was 102 the last time she put her tree up ... She would have been 104 on Dec. 3rd.) I miss her and all her traditions! (a.k.a. Corrie Hanson @ cozycorner1902@gmail.com)
ReplyDeleteLove the layered stars and this is a bold great card. Thanks for sharing your creativity. One of my favorite holiday traditions is driving around the neighborhood seeing all the lights and decorations.
ReplyDeleteWhat a neat pop up card! You must have the patience of Job! It’s gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteAwesome cards! Fabulous fun fold designs and I love the bright colors and patterns - so dynamic. I'm looking forward to special time with my parents this year as they are both battling cancer.
ReplyDeleteWhat a unique design; your tutorial was excellent.
ReplyDeleteMy mom loved Christmas and had an extensive collection of Santas, which she displayed on the mantle. She passed away in December several years ago, so this memory is a treasure to me.
Such fun Christmas cards! So festive...
ReplyDeleteI love everything about Christmas. Baking cookies, decorating the house and best of all being with my family.
Love these cards! We enjoy doing a puzzle as a family
ReplyDeleteSuch great cards, Erin! I struggle with fun folds but you made it look easy. The colors are striking! Fun hopping with you!
ReplyDeleteyou make this look easy. I am going to make a few more cards this weekend. Cards go out Monday. I make a lot of cards (about 80) people don't send out cards much any longer. Some people have said my card is the only one they receive which is why I do it, because it makes people happy. one person said it was on their fridge and one person said he has saved all my cards.
ReplyDeleteSo creative Erin!! Love your colorful step card!! Fun too!!
ReplyDeletePretty card! Love the color combo you used and the card format!
ReplyDeleteA handmade gift I won't forget making.... one year a long time back, I was making the very popular padded photo albums. I had to take my cat in to a vet appointment to get her shots. I held the front end of her while the vet administered the shot to her back leg. She turned and bit my thumb! It ended up swelling up and getting infected... and it was really hard to finish up those darn albums!
Such playful cards. Made me smile.
ReplyDeleteFantastic cards! We try and make all our wrapping paper and tags for family gifts...I may have to steal the color combo for our projects this year!
ReplyDeleteLove the colorful stars and the fun fold. We like to go Christmas caroling at nursing homes.
