EASY 4th of July Outdoor Party Decor

I have having a party around 4th of July and I wanted to make some outdoor decor that would bring my party to life.  I found some some tealight candles and a flag banner and thought I can make that into something!!  My idea for paper star tealight was born!

**All opinions are 100% my own.  I was compensated for this post. This post also contains affiliate links and I will be compensated if you make a purchase after clicking on my links.  This helps me keep bringing you awesome free crafty ideas like this one!**

You can make these in any color, and in my video i show you how to make these for any theme, but they how to make them is the same no matter what color!

I love to take something that is a not your typical crafting material and use it my own way, why just use a banner when I can cut it up to make a star?  Dollar Tree has a huge selection of patriotic items that are perfect for any party, and why not alter them to make something fun!  Click HERE or the picture below to head over to the site.

I found the tealight in silver, red, and blue so since I made paper stars, I added one of each color to the center.

Paired with some red foiled paper and white embossed paper, the flags cut up looked amazing!!!

These look amazing up close, the lights up dance off the foils in the banner and foiled paper.

These are so EASY to make, just a few folds and some cuts with the scissors and you have some great table decor!!

Sets of 3 always looks great, but if you do not have room on your table, one looks stunning as well!!  Can you imagine these floating in a pool, WOW!!
Thanks for stopping by!

DIY Cornhole Game with Burlap Bean Bags **Canvas Corp & Tattered Angels & Beacon**

I love that the weather is nice to be outside and play in the backyard, and what fun it is to play a nice family game.  So my husband and I worked together to create a cornhole game for our backyard for family and friends that come over on these warm spring and summer days.  It is perfect for any party or just a family night outside free of technology and full of laughs. For those that have never played, you throw the bean bags into the holes and score points, you set the rules and just have fun!!

Here is a full video on how the the base was created.

Now I had to make my own bean bags, but instead of corn or beans I used pea gravel, since I had it and well, why not?   Here is a video on how I made these cute bags.

Now go out and have some fun playing in the backyard with your family!!
