Family 4x4 Mini Scrapbook Album

Every year I give my parents a fun little year in review of the grandchildren in the form of a mini book, plaque, or some sort of crafty item with pictures of that year.  I am a little late in getting the 2017 book to them, I usually give it to them as a Christmas present, but time got away on me and we did not see them for Christmas this past year.  So long story short, I got it done in time for our summer visit and made it a fun little 4x4 mini album with 6 front and back pages on it.

Here is a video on how to make this mini scrapbook album.

I used the Adornit Family scrapbook pages that already had 4x4 sections on a page, so cutting them up was super easy!  The front page was one of those 4x4 sections so all I had to do was write in the year and the theme of the album.

The back of the front page is the family picture we have, I think it is the only one, for 2017.

The next couple of pages are also 4x4 sections from the scrapbook paper that I added a couple of stickers to the complete the page.

So now the the family picture is out of the way, down to the kids.  I went from eldest to youngest, so we start with my son Morgan.  This picture was taken on a beach in BC when he found one of many craps on that trip.

Another couple more pages all about family without pictures. I like the break of all the pictures with some fun "junque" pages to make it fun.

Next is my son Brandon.  This picture was taken at a water park and I just love his expression, he really does take the best pictures!!

The my sweet little Catherine.  She posed for me with some cute bunny years that Easter.

I loved this sticker and tried to place it on previous pages in the book, finally I found a page where it worked wonderfully!

And the last page, I loved this phrase and knew it would be perfect for the back cover of the mini book.

All the embellsihemnts, pages glued together, and the pcitures to the pages are held together with Supertite Dual Tip Max Glue Pen.  It has 2 ends that can work for large surfaces like adding the pictures to the pages, or adding the fine detail of small amounts of glue for the buttons to stick to the paper.

Coupon for 10% off your Supertite order of $5 or more

What would you put into a mini album?
