Stamped & Layered Coffee Christmas Cards

I thought it would be fun to take a stamp that is not meant to be for a Christmas card, but add a little something to it t make it feel like Christmas by blending 2 stamps together.  This super easy stamping technique if fun and a great way to get some extra life out of those non Christmas Stamp for your holiday cards.

Here is the video tutorial on how to make these cards

I love this Coffee Time Stamp from Waffle Flower.  It is super cute and cam be used for so many projects!!  Plus there is a die that can be used with it!!  I used the coffee stamp and to give it that Christmas vibe I added little candy canes from the Waffle Flower Christmas Tree stamp set.  So easy and super cute!!

I layered up the card with strips of papers, circle layers of papers, and a few die cute pieces all using the Xyron Mega Runner and Xyron 3" Sticker Maker.  I even made my own pop dots from cardboard.  Check out the video to see how!!

"Family" Layered Scrapbook Page

I got back into doing a scrapbook page after not doing one for a while and it was so much fun!!  I had a picture that was a perfect match for the Jillibean Soup Garden Harvest Collection.  Check at the bottom of the post for the XYRON & JILLIBEAN SOUP GIVEAWAY!!

I was compensated for this post. This post also contains affiliate links and I will be compensated if you make a purchase after clicking on my links.

Here is the video tutorial to show how I added all the layers and elements to this page.

I just love this collection Garden Harvest from Jillibean Soup.  It is great in so many ways.  I can use for for everyday pictures like this family shot we took while in Canada, but the pack also has a ton for papers perfect for autumn as well!  I pulled papers that were had black, white, or teal on them to keep the color palette neutral.  We had a ton of colors going on in the picture, so keeping a simple set of colors in the papers is best.

I have a ton of layers going on here.  It makes it fun to have these little pops of items here and there, adds to the interest!  I also added a fun little cluster in the top left corner of the page to help balance out the design.

I also believe that a page need info, so journaling is a must for a scrapbook page.  It need dates, who is in the picture and why that picture was important.  In 10 years I will most likely not remember why or when I loved this picture, so it is best to write it down!  I added a little tuck away tag as my journal area since writing on the page did not fit with the style.

So now down to the giveaway!!  Head on over to Facebook pages of both Jillibean Soup & Xyron because they both have a fun giveaway going on!!
