Altered Chip Tube Cookie Can

I love to give homemade baked goods for my Christmas gifts, and especially cookies.  This year instead of a plate, baggie, or plastic box of cookies, I thought why not decorate a tube to put them in so they are safe from breakage, and it looks good too?!?!

Here is a video on how to make these super easy gifts!

Start by cleaning out your Pringles cans.  I used small ones, they actually make 3 sizes, I chose the middle size for this project.

Then cut the Paper House Christmas Joy scrapbook paper to fit the width for the can, for this can it was 4.5 inches.  I used the Xyron Creative station to make these sheets of paper into giant stickers so then all I had to do was wrap the paper around the tube and it stuck.  No muss no fuss!

I also added in a tag on the front on each tube from the same Paper House Christmas Joy collection.

Now add your cookies to the tubes and you have some amazing gifts to pass out to friends, teachers, neighbors, co-workers and more!!

What are you giving as a fun little homemade gift this year?
